Privacy notice

How we handle personal data, what we do with your business data, and what happens to both if you leave.

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyerLast updated 1 October 2026

This notice is complete in structure and accurate in substance, but three facts must be inserted before it goes live: the company UEN, the registered address, and the name and email of the Data Protection Officer that the PDPA requires you to appoint. A Singapore-qualified lawyer should read it before publication. Nothing here is legal advice.

1. Who we are

Agentic Labs Pte. Ltd. is a private limited company registered in Singapore. Our registered address and company UEN appear at the foot of this page. Questions about how we handle personal data go to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@agenticai.com.sg, who is required to respond within 30 days under the Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What we collect

We hold two different kinds of information and they are governed differently. The first is what you give us directly: your name, company, email address, and anything you type into the demo on this site. The second is your business data — invoices, job records, messages and documents — which your agents process on your behalf once you are a client. We never use the second kind to market to you, and we never mix it with the first.

3. Controller and processor

For the information you give us directly, we are the data controller: we decide what we hold and why. For the business data your agents handle, we are a data processor acting only on your instructions, set out in the data processing agreement that accompanies your contract. You remain the controller of that data throughout, and you can direct us to delete it at any time.

4. Sub-processors

Your agents route data through third-party model and infrastructure providers. We maintain a current list of those providers, what each one receives and where it is located, and we will give it to you on request and before you sign. If we change a provider in a way that changes where your data goes, we tell you before the change takes effect, not after.

5. Where data is held, and for how long

Where your data is hosted, whether any of it leaves Singapore, how long each category is kept, and what is deleted when you stop being a client are all set out on our Security & data page and repeated in your contract. Those documents say the same thing deliberately. If you find a discrepancy, tell us — and the contract governs.

6. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to our Data Protection Officer and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent for marketing does not affect any service you are already receiving.

7. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice in a way that materially affects you, we will email every active client at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Minor corrections are made without notice. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

The other documents

Most Singapore SME buyers ask for the DPA before signing, so it exists rather than being promised.
