How your data is handled

Tenant isolation

Your data sits in its own tenant. No agent of ours reads across customers, and nothing you put in trains a model that serves anyone else.

Least access

Each agent is granted only the systems its job needs, and read-only wherever reading is enough. Revoke any one without taking the rest down.

On the way out

Export your data and outputs, then we delete on your instruction to the schedule in the DPA. No hostage-taking.

Data processing agreement

Singapore SME buyers ask for this before signing, so it's on the site rather than behind a sales conversation.

Bring them to the discovery call. We'd rather answer it once, properly, than by email over three weeks.
